AIRLIE BEACH ~ Steady As She Goes (Queensland, AUS)

TRIP MILEAGE – 187 miles / 301 kilometres
We get into our Air BnB accommodations at Unit 3, 6 Begely Street around 4PM. After the usual "this is not a party house" kiddo speech meet & greet, the letting agent from Whitsunday Holiday Rentals departed, leaving us to the property fully on our own.
It was at this time I called her back asking where the as advertised 4th bed is. She responds with "Did you specifically ask for a fourth bed?". I informed her that as the advertised space showed a king, a queen and two single beds and I said there we were four adult male staying, hence booking that unit. She said she would check with housekeeping and get back to me or speak with housekeeping in the morning, of which neither happened.
Not that it was a major deal as we'd all bunked together may times over the years and as with most things you have no control over, we simply got on what making the most of it, while I got to cracking my first adult beverage for the weekend.
Yup ..... didn't take long folks ..... parked up on the deck, blowing the froth off a couple of coldies, with three of the best blokes you could hope to meet.
