We stepped off the bus on the main street of Cienfuegos and then walked the Urban Historic Centre of theown founded in 1819.
Victor was able to show us the stark differences in service, pricing and quality of merchandise with the governments 'Peoples' stores and the private enterprise or commercial ventures.
