ROATÁN ~ Parrot Tree - Kristi’s Overlook (Islas de la Bahía, HND)

We were midway across Roatán island and the worms were a biting and it just so happens that Kristi’s Overlook pops up on the side of the road.
The open air property overlooks the southern side of the island and offer a Tex-Mex menu in a Texas sports bar casual environment, but in all honesty, you weren’t there for the fixtures & fittings - it was the spectacular views.
