I hopped on one of the many Casino shuttle buses and was dropped me off right in the middle of the "Sé Parish" and then walked over to "São Lourenço Parish".
The locals were still cleaning up the remnants of Typhoon Hato and Tropical Cyclone Pakhar, that had ripped through less than a week ago, but there didn't appear to be anywhere near the damage in São Lourenço Parish, as opposed to Sé Parish.
In fact, it looked as if the locals took the opportunity to get rid of a lot of their domestic rubbish, appliances and junk.
