Things Be Gettin' Real: Its been 4 days since Typhoon Hato ripped through Hong Kong & Macau, but here comes Tropical Cyclone Pakhar.
The rain has been pelting down since 3AM, winds that would blow a dog off a chain are ripping through the city, streets are eerily deserted, all businesses are shuttered, public transport has ceased operating, all ferry services suspended, our hotel has blast netting protecting the foyer and I'm still trying to work out what the hell that knocking sound is on my 9th floor room window.
Not looking good for the ferry to Macau tomorrow.
