DAY 30

Week 5

MFUWE (Eastern, ZMB)

Saturday December 10th, 2016

TODAYS MILEAGE – 25 miles or 40 kilometres
TRIP MILEAGE – 17116 miles or 27546 kilometres

Today was a pretty cruizy day in which I did a fair amount of exploring in and around the Wildlife Camp Zambia's facilities, while the rest of the "Two Pula Tour" went out on the optional morning game drive.

The scheduled late afternoon/night game drive through the South Luangwa National Park was filled with a wide and varied amount of wildlife including elephants, lions, giraffes, warthogs, hyenas, crocodiles, hippos and a leapord. By all accounts it was heaps better than the mornings drive.

I do have to apologize for the "grainy" appearance of some of the later photos, they were shot in near darkness - hence the "photographic noise" due to using such high ISO's.

Day 24 - South Luangwa National Park
In the morning you will have the opportunity to take an optional game drive through the South Luangwa National Park, which is known for its high concentration of leopards and hippos. You can often see hippos and other animals from the camp bar.
