Dining choice tonight was the local Restaurante Don Luis, where I started with a pretty good Chicken & Cheese quesadilla.
My main course was a brilliant Blue Cheese and onion salsa burger, that fair dinkum was probably in the top 3 burgers I've ever wrapped my laughing gear around.
