3 hours after departing Los Fortunas, which included a 45 minute boat ride across Lake Arenal, we pulled into Resteraunte El Trapiche in the tiny village of Tilarán.
With me feeling a little peckish, I decided to try a couple of their fresh home-made Empanadas - which were really decent.
