Our overnight stop today would be the town of Valladolid, where we were able to check into our accommodations at La Aurora Hotel Colonial on our arrival around 2PM.
After a quick bite to eat at Cocina Económica Gaelito, I had the est of the afternoon explore the town of approximately 50,000 in which I enjoyed strolling the colonial facades of the Calzada de los Frailes.
While the rest of the group decided to dine at Restaurante Conato, I decided to head over to La Ville Bistro as I couldn't find anything that tickled my fancy at Conato.
