During the night, the "Yangtze 1" had travelled approximately 108 miles, (175 kilometres) from Nanan Qu to Mingshanzhen, while we slept.
Last night’s cruise briefing had specifically mentioned to ensure that we "secure the cabin patio door and draw the curtains prior to turning for the night" - which I thought was a bid odd. All was revealed at first light when I opened the curtains to find another ships balcony literally 6 feet away from me and staring straight into the cabin of a vessel tied up alongside us.
