The Relic Hall contains two large scale-models of bronze chariots and horses that were unearthed in December 1980.
They were tagged Chariot No. 1 & No. 2 respectively and undertook extensive restorations over a two and half year period before going on public display. Chariot #2 was unveiled first in 1983, while #1 greeted the public in 1988.
