Our accommodations at the Casa Palacio Pilar del Toro Hotel were great. Centrally located, within walking distance of everything, but set a street back from all the noise. My room was large and had a huge bathroom by European standards.
The breakfast facilities could do with a bit of work though as it felt like the "buffet servery" was in a broom closet.
