Day 2 of the Rugby Festival.

Due to the fact that none of the girls wanted to arm themselves with my camera, no photos are available for todays games. I am working on them to show the love in getting pictures to you, hopefully it would resolved by tomorrow.

The Dingoes with assistance from the Bay Bullshitters from New Zealand had it's first match against the combined Japanese teams of Gunma Waku Waku, Fuwaka and Niigata Fuwaka Half Blacks.

The match was played in the true spirit of Golden Oldies Rugby and was whole lot of fun for me to participate in. I get a real kick out of our Red (60–65 years), Gold (65–69 years) or Purple (over 69 years) shorts wearers scoring trys.

Batesy, Dougy Doug, Cougar and myself decided on a second game to help out a team that Dougy Doug played with the Menwith Mongrels who were still short after combining with the Pine River Pensioners.

The game was a whole lot more competitive than our first match as several people were reliving memories of old, all be it at a significantly lower pace and skillset.;-)

From there, it was off to Murrayfield for a few sherbets and a couple of lies – imagine that. ;-)

Stay Happy ;-)
